DEMO DATA / A SHORT EXPLANATION
Your sample stays
in your demo.
This site uses a small server database to make the booking demonstration work. Sample submissions leave your browser and are stored by this demo.
What is stored
A randomly generated session cookie connects this browser to a hashed session record. The demo stores selected vehicle fixture IDs, service IDs, estimate snapshots, bounded symptom categories, sample times, bay assignments, opaque references and your preview/cancellation state. It also keeps a short per-session request counter to limit repeated changes.
The cookie is named tl_demo, is inaccessible to page scripts and expires after 24 hours. It is host-only, SameSite=Lax and Secure outside explicit local loopback development.
What is not collected by these forms
No name, email, telephone, address, registration, VIN, payment details, passwords, arbitrary notes or uploads are requested. No adviser or real garage receives your sample. There is no email, SMS, analytics or advertising integration.
Expiry and clearing
Demo records stop being accessible 24 hours after the session starts. Expired records are deleted in bounded batches when the server starts and during later requests or changes. They may remain on disk until that cleanup runs.
Use “Clear my demo” in the footer to delete only this session’s database records and its cookie immediately. Other visitors’ demonstrations and shared vehicle fixtures are not changed. Clearing cookies alone loses access to the records; automatic expiry still applies.
References and isolation
A reference link works only in the browser demo that created it. Each visitor has separate sample availability. This is an isolated simulation, not a customer account system or a real shared workshop calendar.
Local review copies
During local implementation verification, a private recovery copy of synthetic test records may be created to check backup restoration. Clearing the active demo does not alter such test copies. No real personal data should be entered.
Static assets and ordinary requests
Images, fonts and application files are served locally by this site. No third-party image or font request is needed to view a page. Ordinary server infrastructure may receive connection metadata when a page is requested; this application does not log form bodies, cookie tokens or sample selections.
